All penthouses have four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Their expansive views of Ohiwa Harbour and ocean views from Moutohora/Whale Isalnd to the East Cape are impressive.

The penthouses are fully equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and waste disposal. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying racks. Sky TV and unlimited Wifi is supplied. All bed linen, beach and pool towels are provided. All penthouses are self servicing with a complimentry service provide after a 7 plus day stay.
